Convertible Loans
40% of every investment is immediately converted into shares. The other 60% will be paid back to the investor with a yearly 3% interest rate over 10 years. If part of the investment can not be paid back, then the same amount is converted into shares.
Share Price
The initial share value at the development round is 1000 Euro (10 shares minimum, 1.000 shares maximum per shareholder). Thereafter we foresee a healthy growth rate of >10% or more through the increase in value of the business and the property.
Dividend
The TRI company is estimated to make a profit resulting in a ROI of 12%. The dividend to be paid out to the shareholders is 50% of the net profit, the other 50% will be invested back into the business, and thus ongoingly increase the business and share value.
